A partnership between Vietnam-based hospitality managers Thien Minh Group and Wendy Wu Tours, brings brand new Victoria Mekong to sail southern Vietnam.

The 70-guest ship will have 35 cabins across four decks is launching ahead of schedule and will begin sailing the Mekong in December 2019.

Itineraries on Victoria Mekong sets itself apart from the crowd with three, four and seven-night cruises from Can Tho in southern Vietnam, instead of departing from traditional spots like Ho Chi Minh and Phnom Penh.

The partnership is in response to the growing travel demand in the region. Even with a number of ships sailing along the Mekong, there is still demand that “needs to be filled” says Wendy Wu, founder of Wendy Wu Tours.

Shore excursions curated by Wendy Wu Tours will also be available to passengers on the Victoria Mekong.

Managed by the people behind Victoria Hotels & Resorts, ÊMM Hotels & Resorts and Mai Chau Lodge, the ship features an open kitchen restaurant, a lounge bar, swimming pool, swim up bar, sundeck, spa, library and game rooms.

Booking has opened for the first six cruises in 2019.
